Maya took a long time to walk, but has finally gotten the hang of it. In the interim, our very talkative kid lost a lot of her words. Now that she's got the walking thing down, new words are flying into her vocabulary by the day.
Here's a sampling:
cat, dog, duck, quack quack, moo, mama, dada, Kate, this, that, want, more, water, book, block, ball, peacock, yogurt, bagel, cheese, broccoli, carrot, no, cracker, cake, socks, lion
These are some of her favorite sentences and phrases:
I did it.
I want that.
All done.
